Product missing so__thing?

I spent the first half of my career within digital agencies, large and small, translating loosely defined challenges into clear, effective brand and conversion journeys for business and consumers. Segmentation, personalisation, versionalisation - I soon became fascinated with data and its ability to impact campaign quality and results. The instant engagement feedback and ability to iterate and improve as campaigns matured, quickly became a driving focus.

This foundation of data and journey design laid perfectly into product and SaaS. With my vast experience of business and consumer audiences, I understood how users engaged online and could translate business requirements into flows, features and products users engaged with and adopted, moving at pace and growing success.

Now, I’m seeking a new challenge in an organisation that values design and its role in improving people’s experiences, combining my passion for product and data and delivering meaningful, real-world impact.

Right now

I’m contracting until the end of May 2026, working on my old product DenGro for its new owner, Agilio.

More recently

I was Head of Brand & Design at Signable, an eSignature SaaS scale-up, helping them to elevate their product and brand proposition in order to achieve growth.

Before that

I was working on my own product DenGro in the healthcare sector (Dentistry), helping practices understand their metrics and convert more prospects to treatment.

And before that

I was Digital Creative Director at Doner, one of the worlds’ largest advertising agencies, crafting campaigns and digital experiences for clients big and small.
