Product missing so__thing?

I spent the first half of my career within digital agencies, large and small, translating loosely defined challenges into clear, effective brand and conversion journeys for businesses and consumers. Working across branding, advertising, digital, print and marketing communications, I became fascinated by the relationship between creativity, customer behaviour and commercial results. The ability to measure engagement, learn from data and continually refine experiences quickly became a driving force behind how I approached design.

That foundation naturally led me into product, experience and service design within SaaS and technology businesses, where I could influence not just individual campaigns, but entire products and services. From helping build DenGro into the UK's leading dental CRM through to leading design and experience at Signable, I've worked with founders, executive teams and engineers to shape products, brands and customer experiences that balance commercial success with genuinely useful, intuitive design.

Right now

I’ve been contracting, working on my old product DenGro which was acquired by Agilio.

More recently

I was Head of Brand & Design at Signable, an eSignature SaaS scale-up, helping them to elevate their product, brand and service proposition in order to achieve growth.

Before that

I created my own product DenGro, a dental industry specific CRM that helped practices understand their metrics and convert more prospects to treatment.

And before that

I was Digital Creative Director at Doner, one of the worlds’ largest advertising agencies, crafting campaigns and digital experiences for clients big and small.
